Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell cancer (like in the mouth, throat, voice box, or neck area).
- Your cancer must have at least one high-risk feature, such as a large tumor, spread to many neck lymph nodes, or cancer cells found around nerves or blood vessels.
- You must be able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your tumor must have a certain level of a protein called PD-L1 (CPS > 1).
- You cannot have a history of autoimmune disease (except cured childhood asthma or vitiligo) or active infections like HIV or hepatitis.
- You must not have had treatment with a PD-1 or PD-L1 drug before.
