  • You are 18 or older
  • You have squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (a type of throat or mouth cancer)
  • You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy and radiation together
  • You are able to do light to moderate exercise (like walking or gentle stretching)
  • You do not need a feeding tube for all your nutrition right now
