This study follows people who have saved their own ovarian tissue (cryopreserved tissue) and may receive it back to try to restore ovarian function. It’s mainly for people with premature ovarian insufficiency and plans for tissue autograft, with monitoring for safety and outcomes.

Who can take part
- You have cryopreserved (frozen) your own ovarian tissue
- You have premature ovarian insufficiency (ovaries not working early)
- For fertility/ovarian function restoration: you are between 18 and 43 years old
- If the study is for puberty induction using bone age: you are older than 11 years
- You agree to be included and to monitoring for this study
