Who can take part
- You are a woman age 20 or older
- You have confirmed invasive breast cancer and plan to receive breast cancer treatment
- If your cancer has come back, it must fit specific timing: recurrence within 3 years after surgery, or stage IV (very advanced) diagnosed after more than 3 years (with treatment as needed)
- You can provide tumor tissue samples from the main tumor (and, if it’s a recurrence, paired samples from both the first and recurrent tumors) and the lab’s RNA quality check passes
- Your health status is good enough (ECOG score 3 or lower) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months
- You agree to sign informed consent (and if applicable, allow paired tissue collection)
