  • You have prostate cancer in the “very low” to “favorable intermediate” risk group
  • You were diagnosed within the last 3 months
  • You are a man age 40 to 76
  • You’re willing to consider active surveillance as a treatment option
  • You’re expected to live at least 10 years
  • You can complete study surveys and questionnaires
