Long-term extension study of odevixibat for biliary atresia

Who can take part

  • You finished the earlier 104-week odevixibat study (Study A4250-011).
  • A caregiver can sign informed consent to join this long-term follow-up.
  • Your previous participation was considered compliant with study dosing and study procedures.
  • You do not have a known allergy (hypersensitivity) to odevixibat or its ingredients.
  • You are not planning a liver transplant in the near future, based on the study doctor’s judgment.
