- You are female (biological sex).

- You are between ages 42 and 74 and have NOT had a mammogram in the past 2 years (for Aim 1).
- You have never been diagnosed with breast cancer (for either aim).
- You have not volunteered for health research before (no prior research volunteering).
- You are not already part of the study through a special referral track (Aim 2 is for people referred by Aim 1 participants only).
