Who can take part

  • You have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) confirmed by biopsy/pathology.
  • Your surgery removed the tumor completely (R0 or R1) and a doctor confirms no visible disease within 28 days before starting.
  • Your surgery was 6 to 12 weeks before starting the trial, and you have recovered enough to receive all study medicines.
  • You can’t have had any prior chemo, radiation, or other anti-cancer treatment for pancreatic cancer before this trial.
  • Blood tests and organ function (like blood counts and liver/kidney measures) must meet study safety limits; you also must not have significant nerve pain (neuropathy) before starting.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must follow strict birth-control rules during treatment and for months after the last doses.
