Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- You have been referred to a stomach (gastroenterology) or surgery clinic for ongoing upper belly pain.
- Your diagnosis is one of: functional dyspepsia (stomach discomfort without clear cause), IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), or simple gallstones (without complications).
- You can read and understand Dutch and are willing to give consent to join the study.
- You have no serious warning signs like weight loss, vomiting blood, or a family history of upper digestive cancers.
