Who can take part
- You have a positive lab test (PCR or NAAT) for mpox (monkeypox).
- You currently have active sores on your skin or mucous membranes (like in your mouth or genitals).
- You are 18 years or older and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lbs).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are not taking a diabetes medicine called repaglinide (unless you can safely stop it with your doctor's okay).
- You have not used, and will not use, another study drug called tecovirimat (TPOXX) during this trial.
