- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be male
- Scheduled to have a prostate biopsy through the skin between the scrotum and anus (transperineal)
- Able to sign a consent form online (Redcap) to participate
- No severe hearing or vision problems that would prevent using a VR headset
- No history of seizures or epilepsy, and not taking medications that increase seizure risk
- No known allergies or bad reactions to strong smells
