  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 32, and weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You are willing to stay in the hospital research unit for the whole inpatient period.
  • You do not have any significant heart, liver, kidney, nerve, stomach, lung, hormone, blood, or immune disease, or a history of cancer.
  • You do not have any metal implants, claustrophobia, or other reasons that would prevent you from having an MRI or PET/CT scan.
