Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are pregnant with one baby and had a normal nuchal translucency (NT) ultrasound between 11 and 14 weeks plus 1 day of pregnancy
- Your blood pressure was below 140/90 before 14 weeks plus 1 day of pregnancy
- You plan to get prenatal care and deliver at the study hospital
- You agree to sign a consent form
- You do not have chronic high blood pressure, diabetes (type 1 or 2), kidney disease, or an autoimmune disease
