Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 65 years old
  • You have had neck pain and/or headaches for over a month
  • You have not had any past surgery on your neck or upper back
  • You do not have any jaw problems, connective tissue disorders, or cancer
  • You do not have diabetes, fibromyalgia, or an eye movement disorder
  • You are not currently taking muscle relaxers
  • You have not had manual therapy in the last 2 weeks or pain injections in the last month
