Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with esophageal cancer through a biopsy.
- You must have already had surgery for your esophageal cancer.
- You must be at least 18 years old and speak Chinese as your first language.
- You should not have a serious medical condition like kidney or heart failure, or be terminally ill.
- You must not be using other psychological treatments at this time.
- Your anxiety or depression symptoms must be at least mild (score of 8 or higher on a standard test).
