Who can take part

  • You are a healthcare professional or a patient/user of the healthcare system
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You work or receive care in the AURA region (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)
  • Healthcare professionals must have an RPPS number and be part of a team with at least 4 different professionals
  • Patients must be consulting a healthcare professional from a participating team
  • You cannot be in prison, under legal guardianship, or without health insurance
