AI App vs Self Exercises for Neck Pain in Workers

Who can take part

  • You have had neck pain for more than three months.
  • Your average neck pain level is at least 30 out of 100.
  • Your neck pain is not caused by a recent injury, surgery, or a specific disease like arthritis.
  • You have not had physical therapy for your neck in the last 6 months.
  • You are a worker (employed) and able to use a smartphone app.
