Who can take part

  • You are considered able to make your own decisions by your senior activity center.
  • You live alone or with 1 or 2 other people, in an HDB apartment.
  • You speak English, Mandarin, or possibly a Chinese dialect.
  • You are a member of a Senior Activity Centre.
  • You agree to let the research team, the center, and your family (if you choose) see your daily activity information.
  • You do not have severe disabilities, do not use a wheelchair, and do not have severe dementia.
