Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult aged 18 or older.
  • Your weight is at least 110 pounds (men) or 99 pounds (women), and your body mass index is between 19 and 26.
  • You have no major health problems like heart, liver, kidney, or lung disease.
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, supplements, or herbal products in the last 14 days.
  • You do not smoke, drink heavily, or use recreational drugs.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after, if you are able to have children.
