This study looks at the link between a natural muscle enzyme (CPK) and pelvic floor muscle strength in women who recently gave birth vaginally. If you join, you will have a simple blood test and a muscle strength assessment to help understand recovery after childbirth.

Who can take part
- You gave birth vaginally (not by C-section).
- You are between 25 and 35 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
- You are within 2 to 5 weeks after delivery to have a blood test for a muscle enzyme called CPK.
- You do not have heart problems, thyroid issues, repeated urinary infections, unmanaged high blood pressure, or diabetes.
