  • You are a nurse working in an adult intensive care unit (ICU).
  • You are a permanent staff nurse (not on a temporary rotation).
  • You have not had any formal training on using physical restraints before.
  • You are able and willing to attend the full training program.
  • You can read, see, and fill out forms without help (no vision or language issues).
