  • You are a premenopausal woman aged 18 or older.
  • You weigh at least 99 pounds (45 kg) and have a body mass index between 18 and 28.
  • You agree to use non-hormonal birth control from now until 3 months after the last dose and not plan pregnancy or egg donation during that time.
  • You are generally healthy, with no significant medical conditions like cancer, osteoporosis, migraines, depression, or thyroid issues.
  • You haven't taken any prescription or over-the-counter medications (including hormones, supplements, or vaccines) within the last month, and you avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking, and certain foods before the study.
