- You are a woman between 18 and 55 years old who is still having periods.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of endometriosis from a pelvic ultrasound or MRI.
- You have endometriosis pain rated higher than 3 on a 0-10 scale, or chronic symptoms that make daily life difficult.
- You are either not on treatment for endometriosis, or your treatment (like the pill or another medicine) has been stable for at least 6 months with no changes.
