- You are willing to take a daily pumpkin seed oil supplement and not start any new treatments, medications, or procedures for bladder control for 12 weeks.
- You are not currently taking any other supplements that contain pumpkin seed oil.
- You have not had a urinary tract infection in the past 3 months, and do not have a current one.
- You have not had surgery for pelvic organ prolapse or bladder control problems in the last 12 months.
- You do not have other serious conditions like nerve-related bladder issues, cancer in the belly or pelvis, or advanced pelvic organ prolapse.
