  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You can read and write in Turkish.
  • You do not have vision or hearing problems that make it hard to participate.
  • You can follow simple instructions and are willing to join.
  • You do not have a rheumatological condition (like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus) that limits your physical activity.
  • You do not have physical limitations from a neurological or orthopedic problem (like a stroke, multiple sclerosis, or recent surgery).
  • You do not have a psychiatric condition that affects thinking (like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression).
  • You do not have any memory or thinking problems (cognitive impairment).
