  • You are between 18 and 30 years old and enrolled in college or university.
  • You have had non-specific low back pain for at least 3 months.
  • Your average pain level is between 3 and 7 on a 0–10 scale.
  • You are willing to do prescribed exercises and join video sessions.
  • You have a device with a camera and reliable internet at home.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 35.
