- You are a woman and have gone through menopause (no period for at least one year)
- You can do daily activities on your own
- You leak urine when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise
- You have not had your uterus or ovaries removed
- You have not had cancer treatment with hormone therapy
- You have not done regular exercise in the last 6 months
