TX103 CAR-T cells for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 74 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like ovarian, lung, colorectal, or head and neck cancer) that has spread, and standard treatments no longer work or you can't take them.
  • A lab test on your tumor shows that at least 20% of the cancer cells have a protein called B7-H3 (CD276).
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities on your own) and expected to live more than 6 months.
  • You have good organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, blood counts) and can tolerate a blood-collection process called apheresis.
  • You have not had CAR-T therapy or an organ transplant before, and you do not have untreated brain metastases or active infections.
