Who can take part

  • You gave birth 2 to 60 months ago and are involved in caring for your child.
  • You are between 22 and 60 years old.
  • You have a PHQ-9 score of 5 or higher, indicating mild to severe depression symptoms.
  • You can avoid other treatments for depression or incontinence during the study.
  • You do not have metal implants in your head or body, pacemakers, or other electronic devices.
  • You are not pregnant and will use birth control if there is any chance of pregnancy.
