Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been referred for pelvic health physical therapy
  • If you are a woman who recently gave birth: at least 8 weeks after delivery and your pelvic floor muscle strength is fair or better
  • If you are a man: you have had your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy) and your catheter has been taken out
  • You do not have severe problems with thinking, hand coordination, or vision that would prevent using a smartphone or a wearable device
  • If you are postpartum, you do not have any unhealed tears, active infection, unusual bleeding, are not pregnant, and have not seen a pelvic health therapist in the past 3 months; if you are a man, no other prostate surgery, catheter placed soon after your operation, and no infection after surgery
