This trial tests whether a wearable sensor for the bladder can help guide pelvic health physical therapy. It is designed for people who are already referred to pelvic PT, including postpartum women and men who have had prostate surgery.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been referred for pelvic health physical therapy
- If you are a woman who recently gave birth: at least 8 weeks after delivery and your pelvic floor muscle strength is fair or better
- If you are a man: you have had your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy) and your catheter has been taken out
- You do not have severe problems with thinking, hand coordination, or vision that would prevent using a smartphone or a wearable device
- If you are postpartum, you do not have any unhealed tears, active infection, unusual bleeding, are not pregnant, and have not seen a pelvic health therapist in the past 3 months; if you are a man, no other prostate surgery, catheter placed soon after your operation, and no infection after surgery
