Who can take part

  • You have gallstones and a stone in your common bile duct (the tube that drains bile), confirmed by imaging
  • You are between 14 and 70 years old
  • Your symptoms started less than 3 days ago
  • You had a successful procedure (ERCP) to remove the bile duct stone
  • No signs of cancer on your imaging scans
  • You did not develop severe inflammation of the pancreas after your ERCP procedure
