  • You are in generally good health with no serious ongoing medical conditions
  • You weigh at least 45 kilograms (about 99 pounds)
  • Your body mass index (BMI, a measure of height-to-weight ratio) is between 18.5 and 28.5
  • You have not had a serious infection requiring hospitalization or IV antibiotics in the past 3 months
  • You do not have a weak immune system or take medications that suppress your immunity
  • If you are able to become pregnant, you cannot be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding during the study or for 16 weeks after receiving the study drug
