Who can take part
- You are a female athlete who trains at least 3 hours per week and has done endurance training for 2+ years
- You have a regular menstrual cycle (21–35 days) without hormonal birth control in the past 6 months
- You experience regular digestive issues (bloating, diarrhea, pain, or indigestion) during exercise or your period
- Your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 (healthy weight range)
- You can keep your diet, exercise routine, and lifestyle the same throughout the study
- You have not taken probiotics in the past 2 weeks and won't take antibiotics, certain pain relievers, or other gut-affecting medications during the study
