Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with lipedema by a doctor.
  • You do not have heart failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • You do not have nerve or muscle disease that affects walking (like neuropathy, myositis, or a pinched nerve in your back).
  • You can walk on your own without help.
  • You are not pregnant, and you have not had major hip problems or a broken leg with metal implants.
