Microcurrent therapy for dry age-related macular degeneration
This trial tests a new type of electrical stimulation, called microcurrent therapy, to see if it can help people with a certain form of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) that is not the "wet" kind. The treatment is delivered through an eye patch-like device and may slow vision loss or improve function.

Safety study of ABF-101 in healthy people and AMD patients
This trial tests the safety of a new drug called ABF-101 in two groups: healthy volunteers (Part A and B) and people with age-related macular degeneration (AMD, Part C). If you join, you will help researchers understand how the drug affects the body and if it's safe enough to study further.
