Email [email protected] for help with searching, your account, applications, or Clin2 in ChatGPT. For anything about your data or privacy, email [email protected]. Please don’t include medical records in your message; tell us the study’s NCT number if your question is about a specific study.

Clin2 can’t give medical advice. For questions about your own care, talk with your doctor. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Using Clin2 in ChatGPT

Searching for and reading about studies works without an account. ChatGPT asks you to connect Clin2 only when you want to save a study, take a pre-screen, apply, or check an application. You sign in on clin2.com and choose exactly what ChatGPT may do.

To disconnect, go to your dashboard and choose Disconnect under Connected assistants. ChatGPT loses access straight away. You can also remove Clin2 in ChatGPT’s own settings.

An application is only sent to a study team after you agree on Clin2’s own consent page. ChatGPT can’t agree for you. Results from Clin2 are preliminary: only the study team decides who can take part.

Applications

You can see every application and its latest status on your dashboard, or ask ChatGPT “What’s the status of my application?” once Clin2 is connected. You can withdraw an application from its page or by asking ChatGPT; withdrawing also withdraws your consent to share it.

Your data

You can export everything we hold about you, or delete your account and its data, from your dashboard. Our privacy page explains what we collect and how long we keep it, and our terms explain how Clin2 works.
