Acupuncture and acupressure to prevent hand-foot syndrome from capecitabine
This trial tests if electroacupuncture combined with self-administered acupressure can prevent hand-foot syndrome, a common side effect of the chemotherapy drug capecitabine. It is for people with gastrointestinal or breast cancer who are starting capecitabine for the first time.

Preventing lymphedema with immediate lymphatic reconstruction
This study tests if performing immediate lymphatic reconstruction during lymph node removal can prevent lymphedema (arm swelling) in women with inflammatory breast cancer. If you qualify, the procedure may help lower your risk of long-term swelling.
