This study checks whether placing a 52 mg hormonal IUD soon after sex (up to 5 days) or on the same day (under certain timing) is safe and works as birth control. You may be able to join if you need emergency contraception or want to start an IUD right away and meet clinic and pregnancy-safety checks.
