Biomarkers for immunotherapy in digestive and gynecological cancers
This study looks for new markers in the blood or tumor that could predict how well immunotherapies work for advanced digestive and gynecological cancers. It includes people getting immunotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy, and also those with certain liver or abdominal metastases that can be surgically removed after chemo.

Liver-only metastatic colon cancer trial using targeted chemo
This Phase 3 trial tests different ways to deliver chemotherapy for colon cancer that has spread only to the liver (with limited possible tiny lung spots). It looks at whether the treatment plan improves outcomes compared with another chemotherapy approach, using oxaliplatin and LV5FU2 (with or without irinotecan) plus an added targeted medicine.
