Who can take part
- You have colon cancer confirmed by pathology, and it has spread to the liver
- At least one liver spot is measurable on scans, and you do not have major spread elsewhere
- You know your tumor’s RAS mutation results (KRAS and NRAS testing done)
- You are 18 or older, and your general strength/condition is not too poor (WHO 0–2)
- You have not had prior chemotherapy for metastatic disease (except certain older chemo given around surgery/adjuvant treatment stopped over 12 months ago)
- Your blood counts and organ tests are within required limits (blood cells, kidney function, and liver function)
