This Phase 2 study tests how well two anti-cancer medicines—enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab—work for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes (but not distant organs). It may help shrink the cancer and improve treatment outcomes before or around planning major surgery.
