Kidney stone pain treatment after ER discharge
This study compares an anti-inflammatory pain medicine (NSAID) given by mouth versus acetaminophen (paracetamol) or placebo after you leave the emergency room for a “renal colic” (kidney stone pain). It looks at whether the NSAID helps control pain better and whether it’s safe for people with uncomplicated kidney stone pain.
