Mindfulness or brain training for teenagers stuck in negative thoughts
This trial tests two types of brain training—mindfulness and neurofeedback—to see if they can help teenagers and young adults who get stuck in repetitive negative thinking. Participants will do brain exercises while inside an MRI scanner and track their moods on a phone app.
