Study of apraglutide for short bowel syndrome with intestinal failure
This study tests a new medicine called apraglutide, given as a shot, to see if it can help adults with short bowel syndrome and intestinal failure reduce their need for intravenous nutrition (parenteral support). The study compares apraglutide to a placebo (a shot with no medicine) to check if it is safe and effective.
