Immune response to liver perfusion therapy for eye melanoma
This study tests how well the liver responds to a treatment called percutaneous hepatic perfusion with melphalan (chemotherapy delivered directly to the liver) in people with uveal melanoma that has spread to the liver. The goal is to see how the immune system reacts and if the treatment helps control the disease.
