Bezafibrate for primary biliary cholangitis with incomplete UDCA response
This trial tests if adding bezafibrate (200 mg or 400 mg) to standard UDCA treatment can improve liver function in people with primary biliary cholangitis whose UDCA alone isn't working well enough.
