This trial tests a new medicine called CLN-978, given as an injection under the skin, to see if it can help people with active rheumatoid arthritis who haven't improved enough with other treatments. CLN-978 works by targeting a specific immune cell to reduce inflammation.

Study of CLN-978 for people with systemic lupus erythematosus
This trial tests an experimental drug called CLN-978, given as a shot under the skin, that targets a protein on certain immune cells (B cells) to try to calm overactive immune activity in lupus. The goal is to see if it can reduce lupus symptoms for people whose disease has not been controlled by other treatments.
