Livmoniplimab plus Budigalimab for liver cancer
This trial tests two investigational drugs, livmoniplimab and budigalimab, given together by IV for adults with advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The study aims to see if this combination shrinks tumors and helps people live longer.

Livmoniplimab plus budigalimab and chemo for untreated lung cancer
This trial tests a new combination of two immune system drugs (livmoniplimab and budigalimab) plus standard chemotherapy compared to the current standard treatment (pembrolizumab plus chemo) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated yet. The goal is to see if the new combination works better at controlling the cancer.
