This trial tests a new vaccine called V118C to protect children against pneumococcal disease. It is for two age groups: toddlers aged 12-15 months who already had 3 doses of a standard pneumococcal vaccine, and babies about 2 months old who have not had any pneumococcal vaccine yet.
