Relma-cel and Tislelizumab for CNS Lymphoma
This trial tests a combination of two drugs for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and has come back or not responded well to earlier treatments. The first drug, Relma-cel, is a type of immunotherapy that helps your immune system attack cancer cells. The second drug, Tislelizumab, helps keep your immune system active against the cancer.
BeijingAges 18 years+ - NCT05806580RecruitingPhase 4
Second relma-cel infusion for returning B-cell lymphoma
This trial looks at giving a second dose of relma-cel (a type of CAR-T therapy) for B-cell lymphoma that came back or did not fully respond after the first treatment. It may help shrink tumors again, but it requires that side effects from the first treatment and pre-chemo are mostly gone and that you meet infection and blood-test safety checks.

CAR-T therapy after stem cell transplant for high-risk B-cell lymphoma

CAR-T therapy for people with diffuse scleroderma

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials studying Relma-cel?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 5 recruiting studies that include Relma-cel, drawn from the U.S. registry and rewritten for real people so you can see what each is testing and who it's for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a Relma-cel trial?
- Each study lists its own eligibility criteria — rules about condition, age, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in plain language and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Is Relma-cel an approved treatment?
- A drug being studied in a trial may be investigational (still being tested) or already approved and being studied for a new use. Each study page explains what phase it's in. Clin2 does not provide medical advice — talk with your doctor about whether Relma-cel or a specific trial is right for you.
